Marci Watson

Marci oversees a portfolio of multifamily properties throughout Michigan and Ohio.  Based out of the company's Farmington Hills corporate headquarters, Marci leads and mentors a team of Regional Managers and Area Managers to ensure property and ownership goals are achieved. Other responsibilities include conducting property inspections with the Regional Manager, managing budgets, preparing owner reports, interacting with other departments within the office, and undertaking other special projects.

Marci has 28 years of industry experience; prior to joining Friedman, she served as Vice President of Property Management and Real Estate Operations in her previous roles.
