Brittany Herringshaw

Brittany comes to Friedman with almost 15 years of real estate experience working in over 35+ states in both multi-family and student housing. Previous positions include Director of Asset Management, Vice President of Multi-Family & Student Housing, and VP of Property Transitions. She has developed a thorough understanding and appreciation of an asset's life cycle through her work on distressed assets, often in default, through brokerage and third-party management. In the last 10 years, Brittany has coordinated and overseen $35M in Capital Expenditures, managed more than 300+ staff, and overseen divisions with 33,000 +/- beds. Brittany earned a B.A. in Biology & Psychology from Indiana University-Bloomington.
