Farmington Hills, MI – (April 30, 2021) Michigan based Friedman Real Estate has recently been named the court-appointed receiver and manager for three Midwestern commercial properties.
Friedman was appointed receiver for:
- Lincolnwood Town Center, a 422,000 square foot regional mall in Lincolnwood, IL.
- The Faison Building, a 435,000 square foot office tower at 100 E. Wisconsin Ave in downtown Milwaukee, WI
- Palmer House Retail, a 134,000 square foot retail / mixed-use property in Chicago, IL
As receiver and manager, Friedman Real Estate will establish property management procedures that will stabilize, protect, and preserve the asset including supervision and maintenance of the properties, collection of rents and fees, and supervision of third-party contracts and utilities. The firm will also oversee lease management, budgeting, and financial reporting as well as assist with the ultimate disposition of the property.
